Keep getting Lo data zone capacity failed

Reason write protected

 

i think i need a dl burner HELP

Either a new drive or use another brand of media. :(

 

Tried to find a later firmware version, but couldn't find any. Have you checked on the web page for the one who made your laptop/computer? It seems to be a rebadged Lite-On.
