Trying to make a Windows 7 install disk

I searched the forum to find one other person who had the same troubles, and I did what the people said except updating my "media" because I'm not sure what that is. The thread told me to update my drivers and also to update imgburn which I did. But I still got the same error.

Your DVD+RW disc is stuffed or your burner doesn't like it. Do a Full Erase on that disc and try burning again. If it doesn't work then you'll need to buy a DVD+RW from another brand (Verbatim is very good).
