It was suggested that perhaps Lightning UK could assist why a 21GB iso file when burned to a 25GB BD-R 'fails' due to not enough space on the disc since it 'inflates' it to over 25GB. Attached are screen shots.

Those screenshots show you using Build mode to burn 27GB of BD-Video content to a 25GB BD-R. That isn't the same as burning the 21GB ISO image you have there

If you look behind the imgburn screen you'll see the file that it's trying to burn is only just above 21GB.

From what I can see on those images is that it's not the .iso file you are burning. It's a new compilation you are burning in Build mode. Use Write mode if you want to burn that 20.2GB .iso file.

OH DANG IT!! It "worked" but it only "wrote" the .ts file. THis makes Coaster number 2 since I forgot I already tried that method. Using the build mode (and the same thing happens when I use ClownBD) the file 'inflates' to over 25gb. This did not happen when I burned a .ts file (Chicken Little).
