Why an error is found when I burn Windows 7 OS to my disc?

As here says:

I have followed all the burning instructions posted by Lightning UK! but an error is found before burning the file into the disc which I think that it should not be happened after he says "That's it!".

To ensure what I have done is the same as what those are posted, I include my steps in the burning process.

1. First of all, I put a disc into the computer. I checked that the disc is DVD-R but not RW(and of course not a CD). "Ready" is shown.

2. Second, I choose "Write files/folders to disc" on the homepage of ImgBurn.exe.

3. I include the whole Win7 file. I press "Advanced" --> "Bootable disc" --> [tick]Make Image Bootable --> NON (Custom) --> set the etfsboot.com --> enter ID: Microsoft Corporation --> 07C0 --> Sector to load: "8" as it's a Win7 but not a Vista(4)

4. The only thing that I have changed is the "Extract Boot Image". The original one which is selected is A: floopy but I change it to C: Local Disk.

5. Then I click "Burn".

6. Then "Yes" and set two names which are not too long. "Yes" --> Information confirmed and "OK".

7. "That's is it" and I eat "sheet" (just for fun). The disc is tried to burn for 20 times and AN ERROR IS DETECTED!!

The error says:

I/O Error!

WHAT IS IT??? Could anyone please help me??? Should I change another disc???

I'm so sorry because I still can't have my disc burnt.
