My brother who also runs Win7 get the same error over and over again.

Any suggestions?

Either your burner doesn't properly support that disc or that disc is damaged/worn out. Try with a Verbatim DVD+RW disc to see how it turns out.

Alternatively you could burn on write once media since they're cheap and much more reliable.

Hi.

I'll try that - thank you for a quick reply

/Frank

PS. The RW disc works fine with other apps.

PSS. Is it these I should try?: Verbatim

Yes, those Verbatim DVD+RW discs are the good stuff, but unless you have use for all the 25 rewritables of the page you've linked, get the 3-pack instead ;)

Also, I forgot to mention earlier: is your Q: drive an external HD or flash drive/pendrive? Or were you using it while burning? It couldn't keep up with 4x write speed, which is pretty slow.

 I'll go for the 3 pack.

Yes, the Q: is my NAS (Synology C407). I might copy the image I want to burn, to C: to ensure a proper and consistent write speed, right?

Goodnight for now - and thanks.
