Hi, ive been using this software for a month or so now and i found it nice and easy to use, even with my less than basic knowledge. my problem is that i like to back up my original dvds but im unable to create an image for a few of them. most are fine and run through o.k. ive had a look through the site to see if i can find out what the issue is but to be honest i dont really know what im looking for. this is the log, dont know if ive done it right but here goes. thanks for any advice, fatdave.

The drive can't read the disc.

So that's either due to a scratch/dirt or it's due to copy protection.

We can't help with the latter and dealing with the first is pretty obvious - clean the disc.
