LIGHTNING UK! Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 Either that's your drives way of saying it doesn't support the RITEK-S04-66 dye or you've got some sort of packet writing software installed that's preventing any other tools from writing to the disc. My guess is the first one is true - that drive is old now, much older than the 'RITEK-S04-66' dye. Get some Verbatim 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) discs instead or buy a new drive.

mmalves Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GMA-4082N HV02 (ATA) That burner is just as old as the other one and also doesn't support the blanks you're using. Get the Verbatim 2.4x DVD+R DL blanks as LUK said above or get a new burner that supports your blanks. By the way, you can find the previous logs in ImgBurn's Help menu.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 The log window is supposed to be left open all the time. Reopen it via the 'View' menu.
