help extracting image file

I have an 8 GB movie file that I created as an ISO file, I would like to burn that onto a DL DVD

but do I have to re-create the image file first to fit a DL DVD (like the guide explains)?

 

How can I extract the contents of the image file? Will ImageBurn do this?

If you don't want to change anything in the source then you don't need to re-build it. This is the guide that tells you how to burn an ISO image.
