Device not ready (no media present)

Bought and installed software. Put in Wii game to copy and drive doesn't recognize disc. Even went to my computer and clicked on drive and it says drive is empty with Wii game in. Don't know what to do. Can you help?

You could have downloaded it for free and ImgBurn can't copy protected games.
