Can't Burn ISO File

Am trying to burn an iso file to my DVD burner, no success. Can select iso file to burn, but the write icon is greyed out. Not too familiar on how to burn an iso file to a dvd disk. Anyone know why the write icon is greyed out so I cannot write the file to the evd. Thanks Not sure how to do this.

Thanks MM. Inserted an new Disk in my cd burner and it works OK. Can burn an ISO file, however, have not had success writing to a used DVD + RW, will try a regular file and see if I can copy it.
