I have just downloaded the IMGBurn 2.5.0.0

 

Eache time I try to burn on windows 7 to a Nec DVD_RW ND 2500A ATA device I get error

 

The log says

I 13:19:10 OPC: No

I 13:19:10 BURN-Proof: Enabled

E 13:19:19 Failed to Reserve Track! - Reason: Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Format

E 13:19:22 Operation Failed! - Duration: 00:00:12

I 13:19:22 Average Write Rate: N/A - Maximum Write Rate: N/A

 

Is this the dvd-media that I am using or is it the device?

I am using the windows 7 default driver.

Update the firmware on your drive.
