unable to burn xbox game

hi folks,

 

new to this but a friend of mine has an acer laptop and keeps getting the same error message continually, it keeps saying it is unable to set the lo, game is protected . i have installed the image burn software on my laptop this morning and burned the file he backed up straight away. any help would be very appreciated

Write Protected means his burner doesn't support burning those blanks, or he has some other burning software which is preventing the discs from being burned.
