So I have img burn, and I was using memorex dvd + r dls before, I got a 5 pack and they all ended up as coasters. The most I got to was 18% before I got an I/O error that says check condition. Anyways, today I went out and bought 20 verbatim dvd+ dls for 30 bucks. I tried to burn one using img burn but only got to 32% before the I/O error. mmalves Posted December 11, 2009 Share Posted December 11, 2009 Try burning at 4x, and if that doesn't work, then use a lens cleaning disc on that burner. Okay so I was able to burn the disc to 100% at 4x, however there was a problem finalizing the disc. My tray popped open and it told me to manually shut it and then press okay, I did and nothing happened, at the bottom of imgburn it said disc not empty. What's the problem? The error happened at the finalizing stage. My disc tray popped out, it said it couldn't close tray which is understandable because I'm using a laptop so it asked me to manually push it back in and when I did nothing happened.
