Help Burning my Wii Games

Hello,

Hopefully someone out there can help me figure out how to burn my Wii games. I just purchased Burn Any Game, installed it, watched the videos on how to burn it BUT I can't get it to start. Down at the bottom it keeps saying "Device Not Ready (Medium Not Present)". I have tried a couple of disc and still can't figure it out. The source box does come up but label, IMP Id, File Sys all say unknown. I can't even click on the little disc at the bottom to start anything. For my destination I made a new file in my documents to download the games there but have gotten no further. I have copied many of my regular dvd's before and have had no problems with this burner. I'm not to computer savy you could say so someone hopefully can help me.

I actually have another program that is running called AnyDvd
