successfuly burned & verified but still error

Hello, I'm new from this forum, and because of this problem.

I burned a data file to a 700 MB CD using IMGburn. the burn process itself doesn't meet any error, and the verification is passed. but, I can't open the file. when I manually hash the file, it got different CRC32 from the original file. I already wasted 3 CDs and hours to burn this file. Then I give up and use nero instead, and it worked perfectly, I can open the file and the CRC32 is matched(but still I 'don't like nero). Everytime I manually hashed the file (in different CDs), I always get the same (mismatches) CRC32, so it's like IMGburn always burned the file in the same wrong way. Recently, I burned some CDs with IMGburn and perfectly burned. I also recently updated my drive's firmware to the latest (from 2$0D to 2$0E), and IMGburn still worked perfectly fine until today. Please help me with this issues, thanks.

note : I already tried ASPI, but it gave me another error.

Do a proper hex compare of the two files and find out what's different.

If Verify passes then it's reading the same file data from the hdd and the disc so unless it's reading the file on the hdd badly both times, I don't see how the CRC32 can be different.

I found out the problem isn't from imgburn, but from the file. What I burned is an Matroska file, which contains audio[aac], video[h264], 2 font, 1 subs[ass], chapter[txt]. I tried to extract them all, and burn them 1 by 1. I found out that only the audio got different CRC32. I would really like to upload the the audio, but my internet won't allow it[slowpoke & idle problem]. I also want to copy the hex, but I can't copy it from filelyzer [safernetworking]. any good hex viewer?

Audio

Format : AAC

Format/Info : Advanced Audio Codec

Format version : Version 4

Format profile : LC

Muxing mode : ADTS

Bit rate mode : Variable

Channel(s) : 2 channels

Sampling rate : 48.0 KHz

Resolution : 16 bits

Stream size : 24.0 MiB (100%)

Thanks for the help, and sorry to bother you.

EDIT: Tried some another AAC files, some got burned fine, the others got error.

If you're burning via Build mode, there's no reason for it not to work.

ImgBurn (or rather, the OS) will tell you if there's a problem reading the file from the HDD. Verify will then pick up on any differences from HDD -> CD/DVD.

With Build mode, there's obviously no conversion taking place so the files should be identical.
