bt180 Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 (edited) Hi, Trying to burn a DVD of avi files. Everything is going as planned, except ImgBurn has gotten stuck trying to close the session and has been for 2 hours. It shows complete at 100%, buffer and device buffer at 0% and at the bottom of the log it just says Closing Session... It started this two hours ago, I left it be, hoping it would only be a temporary glitch. No noise coming from drive, so it's not doing anything. Just wondering if it's ok to manually interrupt it and close the program down, or will it affect the DVD. Thanks, BT EDIT: I 21:06:34 ImgBurn Version 2.4.4.0 started!I 21:06:34 Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition (6.0, Build 6002 : Service Pack 2) I 21:06:34 Total Physical Memory: 3,667,528 KB - Available: 2,026,720 KB I 21:06:34 Initialising SPTI... mmalves Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 I 21:06:35 Device: [3:0:0] HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GSA-H73N B103 (F:) (RAID) Update ImgBurn. Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) and try burning again.
