I am having no trouble making a bootable CD. Indeed, I have a few extracted floppy images and they all work. But the files I'm adding to the CD simply won't show up. I can put them in loose, put them in a folder, and all I'm seeing are just MSDOS system files. I've tried with ISO9660 + UDF and just plain ISO660.

Here's a log

Because you have to load CDROM drivers to get at the 'normal' files on the disc - and of course change the drive letter away from whatever your bootable disc uses for the boot image bit.
