rabbit138 Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 i dont know where to post this, i was gonna use the doom9 forum, but apparently theres a 5 day waiting period ok, i was starting a new burn, & then power failure the dvd i was burning had barely started writing the lead-in & now it says the disc is complete & not eraseable the obvious answer is to toss the disc & start over, but i dont see why i cant just finish the burn im sure i should be able to resume or recover the disc, especially if im just burning the same project all it would need to do is sync to the existing data which in this case should be a partial lead-in i dont see any kind of resume options in imgburn, if theres another burner out there that can do that let me know also, theres no option to check eject disc by default other than that the only suggestions i might have are a better way to rename files for burning w/o having to actually rename the source files & theres no option to change the behavior for the copies setting (use previous, always reset to default, set default)
mmalves Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 You'll have to throw out that disc and use a new one: the burner won't accept burning it even if ImgBurn tried to. The option for ejecting the disc after burning is in Tools -> Settings -> Device tab. As for renaming the files without touching the source files you can do that by using Advanced Input of ImgBurn's Build mode.
