I/O ERROR

Hi, I have recently put a new dvd burner into my computer and are now having trouble burning iso's to disc. I have now put in a LG burner which prior to that i had a LITEON with no problems burning iso's at all

 

I keep getting the error

Please please please help me, i have been searching this website and online for the past 5 hours and cannot find anything that helps me with this problem

5hrs and nothing?!

 

You could Google 'Unrecovered Read Error' and have your answer in minutes!

 

Your drive has made a rubbish burn on that disc. Burn at 8x or 12x, it may do a better job.

 

You should really invest in some decent discs though, CMC dye ones are rubbish. Get some Verbatim / Taiyo Yuden ones instead.
