And what's on the burned disc? You can take a screenshot if you want.

Therie ist only the blablabla.iso file on it

Now I see it is not only the once Problem.

Name of the ISO what I want to have on DVD is, but now in the DVD is the old iso File.

The name of the ISO what I want is WIN7_CODE5_PATCH, what now is the name of DVD

The next Problem I use DVD+R RW and I can´t erase it with nero :-(

That guide says you should add the files and folders from the original Win7 disc, not the ISO image, and that's the problem you're having. Mount the ISO image to a virtual drive or extract its contents with 7-Zip/WinRAR/etc then follow the guide again.

Have I understand it so wrong? I understand that I extract a boot file from viat dvd and than i make with this boot file and the old win7 iso a new iso file. I have a new Iso File but I can´t write it to disc.

Greetings

Micha

edit ---

Now I think I understand my Problem. I make a ISO with the ISO File. Now I will extract the ISO with 7zip and try again with the new boot sector
