Okay, i inserted the game disc into my laptop (had to do this because my firmware version is below 1.51). When i clicked on "read with imgburn" option, it took a while and created two files in the destination folder. One was .iso file and another was MDS file. Then i patched the iso file with wave 2 data using wave patcher software. Then i started imgburn and browsed for the MDS file and burned and got some I/O error at half the burning process and it just got terminated at around 50%. I know some of you are gonna say that i have to set the layerbreak to 1913760 in write settings, i even did that but as far as i know, that should match the one in your dvd file. Now THATS where the problem is. I set it to the specified value in imgburn settings but there's no such dvd file in my case. I have an MDS file and when i open it with a notepad, it reads some "media descriptor" and bull**** instead of layerbreak and stuff. I totally don't know what to do here, i'm doing this for the first time and have already wasted one DL disc. Do i need to manually create a dvd file and delete the MDS file? Or do i need to follow the same procedure with it? Why am i getting the I/O error? Please, please help.

One more thing guys, i'm pretty sure that the isuue is not with the writeable media as i used pretty expensive good quality DL disc when the operation failed. I've done this before successfully with a low quality cheap DL disc but not for burning a 360 game.

Sorry friend, didn't save the error log as i had no clue at that time that i would have to get support from here. Now i cant go for destroying one more disc to post the log here so please try helping me with the info that i posted here as besides the log, i nearly explained everything that i possibly could. Thanks.
