Blu-ray Content on Standard DVDs

I am attempting to burn about 5 minutes of Hi-Def, Blu-ray formatted content onto a standard DVD. I've searched the FAQs, Guides and numerous posts and I've read the guide on how to burn Blu-ray content onto a Blu-ray DVD but it was only marginally helpful. Can anyone assist?

Don't mess with bluray myself, but this may be a place to start.
