CAltstatt Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 ImgBurn has worked wonderfully (except for occasional fails due to dirty lens or maybe poor media) until now. Last 10 burns have failed. Using Phillips DVD+R media. Recent log attached. ImgBurn.log
mmalves Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 Try with high quality media such as Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks. You could also try cleaning the drive with a lens cleaning disc, or even manually if you know how to do it.

I use rubbing alcohol on a lintless sheet and wipe the blue lens-looking-thingy gently. Proper discs being added to the shopping list. But I have had varying good results in the past, whereas now all are zeros. Thanks again for your help! Chris
