However I am having similar problems with ImgBurn. I am having a problem burning avi files onto DVD's The DVD's I am using are Memorex DVD+R and have not had a problem with thembefore. I have LITE-ON DVDRW LH-20A1H and TSST corp CDDVDW SH-S222A optical drives. I have checked to see if there are any updates for the firmware but there are none. Posted January 25, 2010 Share Posted January 25, 2010 You can't have checked very hard for updates, even just using the 'check for firmware updates' feature inside ImgBurn would have told you there's a LL0D version for the LiteOn. http://www.firmwarehq.com/Lite-On/LH-20A1H/files.html Memorex is just a brand name, they use any dye they can get their hands on (so it would seem) and it's the dye that's important. The dye can change from spindle to spindle and you never know what you're buying until it's too late. It just looks like the drives aren't fond of 'MBIPG101-R05-01'. Try with some Verbatim / Taiyo Yuden discs. You could also try cleaning the drives with a cleaning disc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
