HOW DO I USE ISO FILES ON MY HD

Well, I've managed to completely confuse and overwhelm myself with the tons of downloadable data.

 

I have quite a few DVD's backed up on my HD, but I can't find anywhere for me to import my iso files

any suggestions

ISO files are burnt or 'mounted'.
