mmalves Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Try the other available write speeds. If it doesn't help then try cleaning the drive with a lens cleaning disc.

I 17:49:56 OPC: No I have the same model in the SATA version and all available speeds should work with the 8x rated version of the Verbatim DL discs. I think you have the 2.4x rated ones and I've never used those. 4x is a speed I would try with.
