Cynthia Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 I 22:05:55 Source File: H:\BIG_DADDY_16X9.ISOE 22:06:54 Failed to read from file: BIG_DADDY_16X9.ISO E 22:06:54 Reason: Data error (cyclic redundancy check). It's your hard disk. ImgBurn can't read that file. I suggest you run chkdsk on that hard disk.
fbguzz361 Posted January 30, 2010 Author Posted January 30, 2010 i ran spinrite and it took like the whole day and still didnt finish i know now i have bad sectors or something like that
mmalves Posted January 31, 2010 Posted January 31, 2010 Run chkdsk as Cynthia said above since spinrite doesn't correct the filesystem.
ianymaty Posted January 31, 2010 Posted January 31, 2010 If you replace your hard drive, before you dispose it, try this tool http://hddguru.com/content/en/software/2006.04.12-HDD-Low-Level-Format-Tool/, maybe you revitalize it.
