tracys13 Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 I am using dvd fab to create a iso file and imgburn to burn it to a dual layer verbatim dvd +r. Today was my first day attempting dual layer disks. I have gotten the same errors from both movies. The logs is below. mmalves Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 I 22:03:35 Destination Device: [0:0:0] HL-DT-ST DVDRRW GSA-H20L S742 (E:) (ATA) Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) and try burning again. If it doesn't work at first, try cleaning the drive with a lens cleaning disc.
