single layer burning

I am trying to burn activate.iso to a dual layer disc but the instructions i have been give tell me to burn it single layer on a dual layer disc and i dont know how to do this.

Burn the ISO as you normally would to a dual-layer media and ImgBurn will ask you if you want to write just one layer or both.
