I've been usings Verbs, +R and -R. The +R couldn't finalise ('incompatible medium' I believe). The -R can't verify. I've tried slowing down to 4x. I can't seem to find firmware info. Tried to use a cleaning disc? not yet, I figured if it was the same problem over and over (about 10 discs now), a cleaning wouldn't matter. I guess I have nothing to lose... You are using nice discs and the burn is without errors so a cleaning disc might help. I once had a drive that couldn't read the discs and it gave up totally some days later.
