millkman Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 hello chaps thanks for a great piece of software......... right, here i go, i have had lots of problems of late, i recently bought a new pc from aldi (nice) a medion, i have lots of bad burns from this pc so i changed the LG writer back to my trusty old pioneer 115, still had problems, disks sticking, jumping etc etc so, i bought a brand spanking new pioneer 118 but things only got worse, i am unable to even write the lead in................. ahhhhhhhhhh i am using ritek go5 pidata disk (used these before in lod pc with no problems !!) any ways have att the log any suggestions gratefully received............... ; //****************************************\\ ; ImgBurn Version 2.5.0.0 - Log ; Friday, 19 February 2010, 15:58:56 ; \\****************************************// ; ; I 15:57:27 ImgBurn Version 2.5.0.0 started! Tried to write lead in and failed , tried to abort and its is still hanging ?

Pc is only a month old, so as far as i know yes, not really that good on pc's......... have checked device managaer and everything seems ok ?????????? Any suggestions gratefully received thank you

millkman Posted February 21, 2010 Author Posted February 21, 2010 Sorry for the late reply, crashed my car in the snow yesterday....................... i took your advice and there was 2 downloads from th Medion website for my pc as soon as i installed these updates the dvd writer was recognised and imgburn began the burn so, hopefully with your help i am up and running, thank you ever so much for your time and efforts...
