editor4800 Posted February 23, 2010 Posted February 23, 2010 I am trying to create a backup image file for my pc. I have taken the appropriate step and converted the backup file to an iso file using the imgburn software. Now, I am trying it to a DVD. I tried to select the iso file to burn onto the DVD but the imgburn software automatically selected the mds file. However, when trying to burn it onto the DVD using the DVDR/CDR optical drive, it says "drive not ready/incompatible medium." I already confirmed that it's blank and should have no problems with it. What do I do?
mmalves Posted February 23, 2010 Posted February 23, 2010 Sounds like you don't have a DVD burner, or it doesn't like the blank media you have. Post what you see in the Log window.
