advda Posted February 23, 2010 Posted February 23, 2010 Can I burn a wv format CD with ImageBurn 2.5? When loading corresponding cue file there is an error "Connect Filters (Source, Sample Grabber) failed! I found an older forum thread here, stating that there is a separate filter available but link to the dl was dead. Is it still needed? available? Thanks!
eSkRo Posted February 23, 2010 Posted February 23, 2010 uhm, what? you want to create an AUDIO CD out of MP3 or WAVE files?
advda Posted February 23, 2010 Author Posted February 23, 2010 I have a 400 MB audio dts with extension wv. na corresponding cue file for track splitting. Normally this dts stuff comes in a wav file and I don't know what that wv stands for :-) But I want to burn a CD and listen with DTS capable player as usual
eSkRo Posted February 23, 2010 Posted February 23, 2010 (edited) .WV = WavPack lossless compressed audio file So, download and install --> CoreWavPack 1.1.1 --> http://www.wavpack.com/files/CoreWavPack-1.1.1-Setup.exe then, burn an AUDIO CD using this Guide here --> http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=5555 . . . . mmalves Posted February 23, 2010 Posted February 23, 2010 If you have a .cue file with the correct tracks for your 400mb DTS wv then you should use it.
