McShooter Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 I had many problems with the memorex DL DVDs and bought a 50 pack of the 2.4x DL verbatims from singapoirre. I burned a few DVDs successfully but now my computer is freezing up during the burning process. It will either freeze the entire computer to the point where i have to power it off and back on to get out of it.. or ImgBurn will say "time remaining: unknown" during burning. I am running windows XP and I have ran MemTest to verify that the RAM is good. here is a copy of the ImgBurn log from the last time it froze: I 23:12:08 ImgBurn Version 2.4.2.0 started! Cynthia Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 There is a later version of the program. Old programs might have issues. Latests chip set drivers for the USB channels installed?
