converting an exe to iso

Im trying to convert and burn ccleaner portable ccleaner exe to an iso to use on a unbootable windows xp, it seems to either show up iso after conv then when i burn it it shows exe on dics or if it says iso on disc it wont boot,run any suggestions or am i nuts??aahh!

One suggestion could be to post the log file.

It's not gonna be bootable unless you make it bootable.

 

Isn't ccleaner an application you're supposed to run IN windows?

 

So what exactly are you hoping to achieve if your XP won't load up (or in your words, is 'unbootable') ?

Thanks for responding I was under the impression this (portable) version of ccleaner does not load, at least that is what I was led to believe on the pcworld sight..

'Portable' just means you can carry it around on a USB stick, run it on any machine you like (within Windows!) and it won't make any changes to that machine.
