image hard drive

I've used Imgburn to do various projects and really like it, so today, I thought I'd try to image a hard drive that I want to backup. I'm running into enough problems that I'm beginning to think this isn't possible. Latest is that Im unable to correctly specify the boot file. Am I asking something that Imgburn won't do, or do I just not know how? thanks, Chuck

ImgBurn burns optical discs, it doesn't make images of your hdd.

 

Use something like Ghost or Acronis TrueImage.
