I/O - Unrecovered Read Error

I have been burning RiDATA DVD+R x16 discs with ImageBurn, about one hundred fifty of them over the last couple of years. Occasionally an I/O error would appear, but I could just put in a new disc and things would be swell. Now I get an I/O error with every disc during the verify.

Here's my log:

What do I do? (Figures this would happen when I'm under a project deadline.)

Thanks for the advice, I'll give those a whirl. By cross testing with another computer it looks like it was burning just fine, but for some reason was not able to verify properly. At least I was able to finish my project, and can test your advice without being under the gun.
