dazza2 Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 Hello hoping someone can help me I've used IMGBURN for years without problem burning all manner of cheap and nasty discs. I recently decided to take the advice and buy a bulk load of Verbatim discs. Since then Ive had about 5 from the first spindle that have failed verification all with the same unrecovered read error in the second layer. I threw the first couple in the bin but I tried a couple of them and they seem to work ok but I guess they could fail at some stage further into the game? Here is my log. Anyone got any ideas? Try burning at 4x. It would also be adviseable to look for the latest drivers for your motherboard's chipset and/or storage controllers (hint: use SIW to identify them).
