Nopants
Hi, I have an issue burning an image to disc. I downloaded a file from a site and i followed the steps, but when i finish burning the system was unable to read it. The file is uLaunchELF its for a program on ps2 console and it can boot up when playing on the ps2. http://www.iplayplaystation.com/ps2-saves-homebrew-tutorial/ If anyone want to tell me a step by step process of burning the disc that would be helpful. mmalves
This is the guide for burning an ISO image. If it didn't work then you should try with other brands of CD-R (Taiyo Yuden highly recommended), slower burn speeds, etc., until you get it working on your PS2. The file is in a winrar zip containing a folder, .bin, .cnf, .elf. I tried buring the zip folder but it looked like im just burning the content of it and i tried writing an image and that failed to. Any suggestions?
mmalves
WinRAR, by default, associates itself with the ISO file extension, so it's probably an ISO disc image. Enable showing file extensions on your Windows and you'll see.
