what does this error mean?

I burned Disc 1 and 2 just before this, Disc 3 and it went all good. but got this error just now.

what is wrong?

Pretty much that your burner doesn't like the media you are using. Could be a bad disc in a spindle. There is also only one speed to select from, so if the next disc also failed, you need to get another brand of discs.
