What brand/model of burner do you have?

The Winrar is because the .iso files are associated with that program. Go to the Settings and in the tab Registry - check mark the .iso and the Set ImgBurn as Default Application and press the OK button.

You have one CD writer and one DVD reader installed. You need to get a DVD burner if you want to burn DVDs.
