Error Reading Disc: Failed to get disc capacity!

I have a DVD I purchased that won't play in a DVD Player. When I try and read it with either DVD Decrypter or IMGBurn I get a similar error "Failed to get disc capacity!"

 

Here is the info I can get on the disc:

Take it back and get another one, it's faulty.
