Batch ISO creation help

I have multiple ripped dvd's on a whs server that i would like to convert to iso format and I definitely do not want to do them one by one because there are around 300 so the idea is to create a batch file that will convert them into iso format. The way I have them stored is as such: C:\videos\DVDNAME\VIDEO_TS. Also in the folder are JPG's of the cover. I would assume that they would get converted to the iso as well as the audio_ts folder. I am hoping someone can help me out a little because I am not sure how I would go about doing this job as painless as possible. If someone could help out a little that would be greatly appreciated.
