I have tried to create an ISO file using the files/folder option, the process completes sucessfully but when I try to burn an image using that newly created ISO image it appears in the directory as a zip file. I'm trying to create the ISO image from the copied files from a DVD which are stored in a file on my hard drive. I'm new with this ImgBurn software and need some help or direction to a guide that will show me how to do this process. I have burned DVDs with ImgBurn from other ISO images that were created by another person but I cannot create an ISO file myself. Please help, thanks for any and all sugggestions

That WinRAR or whatever that associates itself with the ISO file extension. If you're not using the ISO image for something specific, you can burn directly to disc using 'Write files/folders to disc'.
