moosehead Posted April 10, 2010 Posted April 10, 2010 I have been using imageburn for at least a year and I have recently run into a problem with the playback. First thing I did was to search the forum and do a little research before posting but could not find an answer. Here lately whenever I burn a dvd the sound is clear and smooth but the picture is jerky. This on certain shows but not others. I have been using the same DVD-RW on all shows and thought it might be my computer (Dell Inspiron 5160 I bought in 2001) but I tried it on my new computer (HP quad core 8gb memory 1tb hard drive and 56x dvd writer) and still experiencing the same problem. I'm hoping there is just something I'm overlooking with the settings, I am using the new version 2.5.1.0. Thanks for any and all help it is greatly appreciated, thanks.
ianymaty Posted April 10, 2010 Posted April 10, 2010 The source files are playing nice on computer? Did you verify your burns? Post a log. The disc is in good condition, not scratched? DVD-RW's are known for problems after extensive use. Use a DVD-R. Try a Full erase and a lens cleaning.
