Bruin Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 Ok i dont have much money and this error just started happening out of no were.. iv burnt many 360 dl games and now i get this power calibration error... It happened sometime after i rebooted my computuer to re mod my xbox so i know the cdrom drivers were disabled at one point... but anyways i can sometimes burn regular games or if im lucky get it to burn a 360 game but most of the time it ends with these errors and a ruined disc.... And you should leave Verify enabled, or you'll never know if the burn was good or not. if you look closer you will see i had a sucessfull burn with a regular dvd r and then when i burned on a verbatim at 2.4x is when it got the power calibration error... And I usually burn with the verify on but iv had better success with it off lately cause i got it to burn one 360 game but at the end it kept saying unable to read when it was doing the verify and it took 24 hours to skip each error and finnish burning... Basicly i think the dvd rom just went out but im hoping someone may have a suggestion as once in awhile every 10 tries i can get 1 cd to burn... sometimes it stops right away with a calibration error or it hits half way thru the disk or it will burn but screw up on the verify =/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
