I have 2 .cue and .bin files. I need both in 1 DVD+R

They both fit in a DVD+R. I'm just not sure HOW to burn them (using ImgBurn ofcourse).

 

Which option do I choose from the main screen?

 

and what else do I have to click on, how do I burn BOTH in one DVD?

Depends on what's inside those disc images and how you want to combine them. If it's audio or video you'll need to user other software to combine them, e.g. DVD Flick, ConvertXtoDVD, etc. If it's game/application then you'll need to mount those images and build a disc with their content, but there's a chance that it won't work due to copy protection or similar.
