I have burnt 9 games for my Wii out of a 10 pack of Memorex DVD-R's from Walmart with 1 fail. I went out after the fail and bought a 50 pack of Verbatim 16x DVD-R because Nero gave me the medium error so I just blamed it on the Memorex discs. Now none of the Verbatim discs have worked, nor have anymore of the 50 pack of Memorex discs.

Log below for the most recent coaster creation.

Thanks for any help!

Try burning at 8x or 12x to see if it works better. You could also try a lens cleaning disc on that burner.

I tried everything, and just made nothing but coasters. So I went back to Walmart and picked up the only discs that had worked thus far, 10 pack Memorex DVD-R with slim cases.

All 10 burnt with no errors, no problems verifying, anything at all.

Weird, but fixed.

I think I'd probably have invested in a newer/better burner instead.

Yeah, I have read on here that my burner is crap. :(

I was thinking of running to Office Max real quick and picking this one up. http://www.officemax.com/technology/drives-memory-storage/hard-drives-usb-drives/dvd-drives/product-prod2060008

Any opinion on this one?

There are a few others for the same price 49.99. Really all I wanna spend on a burner.
