WillS. Posted April 24, 2010 Posted April 24, 2010 (edited) Just installed ImgBurn. After opening program and clicking HELP button I find that the Check for Updated option works. The next five items, View Guides, Translations, Website, Support Forum and Make a Donation buttons all open Internet Explorer which just hangs at "Connecting..." When I choose any of the next six buttons, Graph Data, Images, Logs, Projects Queues, Statistics, they just each close the help window and thats it, nothing else opens. The uninstall and about buttons both work as they should. Did the program not install correctly or do I have to change a setting? I am running Windows XP SP3 and IE8 Edited April 24, 2010 by WillS.

I guess the links are not working if clicking on one does not open the forum. Is there a way to repair the links or should I just remove and reinstall the program? Update: Did some more searching and found my Firewall program had sandboxed the program so there was no outbound connection. Working fine now. Thanks. Edited April 24, 2010 by WillS.
