Compatibility Issues with my Stand Alone Toshiba Player

I am still having problems getting the burned disc to play on my stand alone Toshiba player. I keep getting a Disc Error message. The owners manual says it only plays Region 0ne or Region all and it says it only plays -R DVDs. My AnyDVD program reads the Disc as Region free. Is there a way to set Imageburn to make it only Region 1? I will try to set my Philip burner to region one only thru the device manager. Below is my recent burn log.

Nope, ImgBurn doesn't touch the regional code specified within your files.

 

At the moment you can see they're region free.

Don't mess with the regional code of your burner. You set it once (to the correct region) and then never touch it again. In any case, that makes no difference to your burns.

 

As your disc burnt and verified fine, this is nothing to do with ImgBurn. Either your source files are to blame for non-playback or your playback device is to blame.

 

Try Googling the model of your Toshiba device and the error code you're getting.

In addition to what the Boss wrote, also check the manufacturers website to see if there is a newer firmware for your player.
